Welcome to the Business Park.  Below you will find answers to many of your questions about the Flexspace units at our park. 

Lease Rates (Flexspace) – Actual rent will be calculated based on a tenant upfit.

            Warehouse - $4.50 per square foot plus CAM charge

            Office - $9.50 per square foot plus CAM charge

            5% Increase after Year Two of Lease

CAM Charge – $1.25 per square foot

            Includes:

                        Real Estate Taxes

                        Extended Coverage Building Insurance

                        Water

                        Sewer

                        Trash Dumpster

                        Lawn Maintenance

                        Pest Control

Lease Term – 3 years minimum
